NAPSD is a professional community and network of individuals and companies in the specialty plumbing channel of commercial plumbing and facilities maintenance for aftermarket repair, parts and renovation. We share the same goals and challenges of adapting to, surviving and prospering in a rapidly changing playing field of selling product and managing our customers and our own people. By working together within NAPSD, we can learn from each other and leverage the successes of each member to make our own company better and stronger.

NAPSD sponsors an annual event that alternates each year as a trade show with member vendors and an educational format.

Trade show events allow members an opportunity to engage directly with key personnel from suppliers for new products, technology, product updates and to purchase key items at special show prices that will increase margins.

The Educational format goal is to provide educational programs, not only by the plumbing manufacturers, but on topics of mutual interest such as inventory management, sales, websites and e-com, insurance, HR, shipping, management and other topics. Invitation to join

Qualifications for Consideration of Membership:

1. Applicant MUST conduct a large portion of its business in the Plumbing specialty industry.

2. Applicant MUST maintain and use a direct sales force, counter sales, telemarketing or the internet for the conduct of that business.

3. Applicant MUST be a business entity, maintaining at least one base of operations which includes inventory.

4. Applicant MUST publish a (proprietary) plumbing specialty catalog printed or electronic.

We may send a representative of NAPSD to see your print catalog and inspect your premises. This is intended only as a tool in screening applicants. Be assured we would send a representative on whom we both agree.

As a Vendor Partner you have the potential to be nominated vendor of the year. Vendor of the year as the ability to attend our business meetings with no voting rights.
NAPSD will send a yearly Vendor Partner survey. Answers provided by vendor feedback will be sent to vendor associate representative to continuously build and improve are partnership.
